Xpres

wholesale xpres printing supplies

The foundation of any successful clothing printing operation is having access to reliable, professional-grade consumables, and Xpres delivers exactly that through their extensive product range. Since 1980, Xpres has been one of the biggest names in the personalisation industry, supplying businesses across the UK with quality transfer systems and consumables. It has firmly established itself as the trusted partner for businesses in clothing personalisation, promotional products, giftware and signage. Their heat transfer vinyl consumables are some of the most versatile and durable materials available, enabling sharp, long-lasting designs that withstand repeated washing and wear. Whether you're creating corporate uniforms, promotional t-shirts or personalised gifts, these vinyls ensure consistent results that give the quality your customers expect. You'll also need precision tools, and Xpres has a range of specialist equipment and accessories. Their silicone application sheets provide the perfect surface for heat transfer applications, ensuring even heat distribution and preventing damage to both the transfer material and the garment. Combined with their precision weeders, which allow for the removal of excess vinyl and detailed design work, all these tools make complex tasks more manageable. Xpres garment film bridges the gap between traditional vinyl applications and more complex printing requirements, so it's ideal for a range of applications. It's compatible with various application methods, making it a perfect addition to any personalisation option. It means you can tackle a broader range of projects with confidence and consistency. Application tape is also an essential component of the printing process. Xpres offers a range of tapes designed to handle vinyl weights and textures, ensuring smooth, bubble-free transfers every time. It all affects the final product quality, which in turn impacts customer satisfaction and your reputation. Finally, transfer removal spray allows for the safe removal of incorrectly applied transfers without damaging the underlying garment. A few pounds spent on this can save you hundreds of pounds in wasted garments over the years, especially if you're dealing with high volumes. It also means you can be a little more experimental, whether it's wth designs, colour combinations or fabrics - knowing you have a safety net can make you a little more creative if you're working with tight margins.
