PRINTING & EMBROIDERY FAQ'S

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Yes, the minimum order is 25 items for screen printing and eight items for embroidery. You can mix products colours and sizes within this amount.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We usually have a lead time of 7 working days from you approving the artwork to us dispatching your order. During busy periods our lead time can be longer.

CAN I GET A PRINT SAMPLE?

We don't print samples due to the set-up costs, but we send digital proofs of what your artwork will look like before sending it to you.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE?

We will send you an email template of your design with the correct positioning and colours.

Please note: it is up to you to check the proof carefully. We will not be held responsible for any errors made after the garments have been decorated. This includes colour matches, positioning and spelling mistakes. You can make as many changes as possible until you are 100% happy.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. However, we don't start any work on your order until the funds are cleared.
