Getting a bespoke quote from us means that you have the advantage of a dedicated printing advisor, who is there to guide you every step of the way- in order to get you the best results for your project. Once you have received your order, our printing advisers will still be there to answer any further questions you have or arrange repeat orders.
We use top-of-the-range digital embroidery machines, which allow us to create beautiful, intricate designs in the quickest way possible for our customers. The main advantage of using digital embroidery machines is that the technology recreates the traditional stitching visuals that appeal to most people and also make our designs more hard-wearing and durable, so you have quality, long-lasting garments for yourself, your company, or your customers. Using digital machinery also allows for a fast turnaround- making our seven days lead times very competitive. As all of our work is done in-house, we can assure quality in every garment that leaves our warehouse.
We have a minimum order of 8 pieces per design. There is a one-off charge of £15.00 to digitise your logo (Free for orders over 100 items). When requesting embroidery from Screen Textiles, we would prefer that your artwork be sent in a vector file format - we will need the original artwork. Once your artwork is digitised; we will keep it on file so that you won't be charged again for repeat orders!
Once you have liaised with your printing advisor and you are happy with the quote provided, we will send you proof of your artwork that has been worked on by our qualified designers, in the form of a PDF for you to approve. Again, this is the chance for you to work with our in-house design team to ensure that the final logo is exactly as you want. Once approved, our lead time is approximately seven working days.
Please note: we will not be held responsible for any errors made after the garments have been decorated. This includes colour matches and spelling mistakes. You can create as many changes as you like to your proof until you are 100% happy, but it is your responsibility to ensure the design is correct.
