All orders are sent by DPD couriers. Unless otherwise stated, orders are dispatched on the next working day service; the main exception is Continental Clothing and Earth Positive. Delivery costs are £5.99 for orders under £200 ex VAT. Orders over £200 ex VAT are free to the UK mainland.
Cut off time for next working day delivery is 4 pm. If you place your order after 4 pm, the order will be processed and dispatched the next working day. For example, if you place your order after 4 pm on Thursday, your order will be dispatched Friday for delivery on Monday. If you place your order after 4 pm on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. This information is only valid for following day delivery items.

If you have paid on your credit card, you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.
If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged when the goods are ordered when you click on the confirm and pay option. If we are unable to ship your goods for some reason, the value of the items that are not despatched will be refunded to the original payment method.

All overseas transactions must be paid for by direct bank transfer unless agreed to before sale.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not authorise payment for any reason, you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout stage.

However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the products on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate. However, we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, the sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.
We will take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct when the relevant information is entered into the system. Goods are subject to availability as there is a delay between when the order is placed and when the order is accepted; the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we receive the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible, and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
All deliveries should be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages, these must be reported immediately on the same day. We offer a 28 days return policy. You can return your order within this time for a full refund.
We are committed to customer service. If you have purchased any items you no longer require, you can return them for a full refund. This does not include printed items, face coverings or underwear. Goods must be in the same condition as they were received.
To return your items, log into your account and download the PDF invoice linked to the order. Circle the items you are returning, then enclose this with the items and post this back to the address listed below. if you are looking for an exchange make a note on the invoice the size or colour you wish to change to. We only exchange for the same product in a different Colour or Size. Please note: we do not pay for the return postage, and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us, so we recommend using a signed for service. If you have placed your order without opening an account you can print off the Invoice attached to the order confirmation email and post that back in with the items.

If you have received the wrong or fault items, please get in touch with us, and we will raise a collection and send the correct items out to you. Please check your items before decorating or altering them. We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered under any circumstances.
