How do I return unwanted items?

We offer a 28 days return policy. You can return your order within this time for a full refund.

We are committed to customer service. If you have purchased any items you no longer require, you can return them for a full refund. This does not include printed items, face coverings or underwear. Goods must be in the same condition as they were received.

To return your items, log into your account and download the PDF invoice linked to the order. Circle the items you are returning, then enclose this with the items and post this back to the address listed below. if you are looking for a exchange make a note on the invoice the size or colour you wish to change to. We only exchange for the same product in a different Colour or Size. Please note: we do not pay for the return postage, and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us, so we recommend using a signed for service. If you have placed your order without opening an account you can print off the Invoice attached to the order confirmation email and post that back in with the items.

If you have received the wrong or fault items, please get in touch with us, and we will raise a collection and send the correct items out to you. Please check your items before decorating or altering them. We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered under any circumstances.
