Please note that the above time scales are approximates only. We cannot be held responsible for delays once your order has left our facility. 

We send our orders with DPD, once your order has left the UK it is possible that DPD will send your parcel via your countries local courier service, at which point an email with a new tracking number will be provided. 

All delivery times are upon dispatch of your order. Your order will be dispatched once quality checks have been completed and your order has been fulfilled. This can sometimes take up to 48 hours. 

From the 1st of January 2021, the UK is no longer in the EU. But don't worry, you will be charged any extra duties once your order has been placed. What you pay at checkout covers all taxes and duties. We may also contact you via email for other information if the country we are shipping to requires further information from you.

If you are VAT registered and enter your VAT number, you will not be charged taxes and duties but will be contacted by the couriers to pay these charges, which you should then be able to claim the taxes back.

Please note the following countries now have a minimum order value of £150.00 ex VAT: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Sweden.
