We offer a 28 days return policy. You can return your order within this time for a full refund.
We are committed to customer service. If you have purchased any items you no longer require, you can return them for a full refund. This does not include printed items, face coverings or underwear. Goods must be in the same condition as they were received.
To return your items, log into your account and download the PDF invoice linked to the order. Circle the items you are returning, then enclose this with the items and post this back to the address listed below. If you are looking for an exchange make a note on the invoice the size or colour you wish to change to. We only exchange for the same product in a different Colour or Size. Please note: we do not pay for the return postage, and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us, so we recommend using a signed for service. If you have placed your order without opening an account, you can print off the Invoice attached to the order confirmation email and post that back in with the items.

If you have received the wrong or fault items, please get in touch with us, and we will raise a collection and send the correct items out to you. Please check your items before decorating or altering them. We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered under any circumstances.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
When you place an order on our website, we shall email you an acknowledgement. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to change your order, so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: The product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorization of payment, the identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order, we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order by your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. However, we can not be held responsible for delayed goods or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises.
The couriers will attempt delivery once; if this fails, DPD will send it to a local pick-up shop for collection (this can be made on the same day). The couriers maintain the right to leave your parcel with an immediate neighbour unless specifically instructed not to within your delivery instructions. This is due to our parcels being sent on a signed for service. You will have the option to collect your parcel from a pick-up shop, leave it in a safe place or allocate a neighbour for delivery - should you not be available after the first delivery attempt.
