Getting a bespoke quote from us means you have the advantage of a dedicated printing advisor who guides you every step of the way to deliver the best results for your project. Once you have received your order, our printing advisers will still be there to answer any further questions you have or arrange repeat orders.

We use top-of-the-range digital embroidery machines, which allow us to create beautiful, intricate designs as quickly as possible for our customers. The main advantage of using digital embroidery machines is that the technology recreates the traditional stitching visuals that appeal to most people and also makes our designs more hard-wearing and durable, so you have quality, long-lasting garments for yourself, your company, or your customers. Using digital machinery also enables a fast turnaround, making our seven-day lead times highly competitive. As all of our work is done in-house, we can assure quality in every garment that leaves our warehouse.

THE PROCESS OF EMBROIDERY

We have a minimum order of 8 pieces per design. There is a one-off charge of £15.00 to digitise your logo (Free for orders over 100 items). When requesting embroidery from Screen Textiles, we would prefer that your artwork be sent in a vector file format - we will need the original artwork. Once your artwork is digitised, we will keep it on file so that you won't be charged again for repeat orders!

Once you have liaised with your printing advisor and are happy with the quote, we will send you a PDF proof of your artwork, worked on by our qualified designers, for your approval. Again, this is your chance to work with our in-house design team to ensure the final logo is exactly as you want. Once approved, our lead time is approximately seven working days.

Please note: we will not be held responsible for any errors made after the garments have been decorated. This includes colour matches and spelling mistakes. You can create as many changes as you like to your proof until you are 100% happy, but it is your responsibility to ensure the design is correct.

Even though embroidery uses fast-dyed thread and naturally lasts longer than other types of graphical customisation, if it is done poorly, it can lead to highly unsatisfactory results. Fraying, unravelling thread is a sure sign that corners have been cut somewhere along the way.

When you use Screen Textiles, you simply don’t have to worry about any of that. Your dedicated advisor isn’t a glorified sales rep – they know embroidery inside and out. They can let you know what types of materials to use and where embroidery might not be the best idea (e.g., where it goes through waterproofing or could compromise the safety or durability of fabrics). If you’re looking to place a large order, we’ll happily provide you with samples, so you can examine the quality yourself, see how it looks on your products, and discuss the look with your team. We love being part of the design and implementation process, so your feedback is always welcome – it’s how we end up with so many satisfied customers.

The final cherry on top is that we’re based in the UK and hold all our stock here. A lot of our customers place an order for clothing and embroidery at the same time, which slashes the time the job takes because we have ready access to both parts of the order. It’ll probably make it more cost-effective, too, as we’re dealing in bulk products and embroidery.
