Dispatch Times

DPD couriers send all orders. Orders are currently taking 2-3 working days; the main exception is Continental Clothing and Earth Positive, which take 3-4 working days. Delivery costs are  £4.99 plus VAT for orders under £99 ex VAT. Orders over £99 ex VAT are free to the UK mainland.

Product Information

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the product's colour on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate; however, we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, the sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct when the relevant information is entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Goods are subject to availability as there is a delay between when the order is placed and when the order is accepted; the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we receive the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible, and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock items.

All deliveries should be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages, these must be reported immediately on the same day. We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. However, we can not be held responsible for delayed goods or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises.

Returns

We offer a 28 days return policy. You can return your order within this time for a full refund.

We are committed to customer service. If you have purchased any items you no longer require, you can return them for a full refund. This does not include printed items, face coverings or underwear. Goods must be in the same condition as they were received.

To return your items, log into your account and download the PDF invoice linked to the order. Circle the items you are returning, then enclose this with the items and post this back to the address listed below. if you are looking for an exchange make a note on the invoice of the size or colour you wish to change to. We only exchange for the same product in a different Colour or Size. Please note: we do not pay for the return postage, and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us, so we recommend using a signed for service. If you have placed your order without opening an account, you can print off the Invoice attached to the order confirmation email and post that back in with the items.

If you have received the wrong or faulty items, please get in touch with us, and we will raise a collection and send the correct items out to you. Please check your items before decorating or altering them. We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered under any circumstances.

Purchase Of Products

When you place an order on our website, we shall email you an acknowledgement. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to change your order, so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: The product ordered being unavailable from stock Our inability to obtain authorization of payment The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. However, we can not be held responsible for delayed goods or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises. 

The couriers will attempt delivery once; if this fails, DPD will send it to a local pick-up shop for collection (this can be made on the same day). The couriers maintain the right to leave your parcel with an immediate neighbour unless specifically instructed not to within your delivery instructions. This is due to our parcels being sent on a signed for service. You will have the option to collect your parcel from a pick-up shop, leave it in a safe place or allocate a neighbour for delivery - should you not be available after the first delivery attempt.
